Gary William Hoover Jr. – Vestaburg

Gary William Hoover Jr., 30, of Vestaburg, died unexpectedly on Saturday, April 6, 2019. He was born Wednesday, Aug. 17, 1988, in Silver Spring, Md., the son of Gary W. Hoover Sr. and Shirley M. Gedman Hoover. Gary was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Kerry D. Hoover Sr. and Robert “Whitey” Gedman. Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Gary Sr. and Shirley Hoover; his daughter, Angel Hoover; grandmothers, Vivian Hoover and Alice Gedman; three sisters, Constance M. Watson (Christopher Nolan) of Republic, Kerrie N. Hoover of Roscoe, and Bobbijo Hoover of Lexington, Ky. Also surviving are two nieces, Mykel and Kiera Nolan; and his nephew, William Healy. Friends will be received at MARISCOTTI FUNERAL HOME INC., Anthony N. Mariscotti, supervisor, 323 Fourth St., California, Pa., from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2019. Funeral services will begin at 8 p.m. with Pastor Frank C. Menhart Jr., officiating.
