Cougars’ Quigley no-hits Beth-Center; Leps top West Mifflin

Kylie Quigley tossed her second no-hitter of the season in Charleroi’s 10-0 mercy-rule victory over Beth-Center in Section 3-2A play Monday afternoon. 

Quigley walked five and struck out five as the Cougars (3-3, 1-3) claimed their first section win of the season. 

Taylor Boyd and Sarah Kondratik each had two hits, including a double, in the victory. Jocelyn Polonoli and Katie Reed also doubled. 

Charleroi, which finished with 10 hits, scored eight runs in the first inning and two in the fourth.
