By Mon Valley Independent

By Matt Petras

For the MV Independent

Citing reports from recent years about rising levels of sewage sludge from the Westmoreland Sanitary Landfill, Myers expressed frustration with both the state Department of Environmental Protection as well as the Rostraver Township Commission, which she believes can also do more.
