State Rep. Bud Cook, R-West Pike Run Township, will soon have two new office locations in the Mon Valley.

Starting April 1, Cook will open a new district office in Belle Vernon and a new satellite office in California at Center in the Woods.

The current Bentleyville district office will close March 29.

“Each of these changes is part of our ongoing effort to reduce operating costs and improve efficiencies, while maintaining the highest level of constituent service for residents of the 49th Legislative District,” Cook said in a release. “During my first term in office we saved Pennsylvania taxpayers more than $12,500 by taking services directly to the constituents and other prudent tax-saving management practices.”
