James B. Lori – North Belle Vernon

James B. Lori, 81, of North Belle Vernon, died Sunday, March 10, 2019, at Grandview Estates of Elizabeth. Born June 9, 1937, in North Belle Vernon, he was the son of the late Bruno J. and Mary Ann Sabol Lori.  A lifelong resident of North Belle Vernon, Mr. Lori was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church, Belle Vernon, and was retired from P & LE Railroad, where he worked as a diesel engine mechanic. Jim was a member of the Laurel Lodge, enjoyed hunting, fishing, was an avid gun collector and enjoyed walking his dog, Rosie. He is survived by his wife, Lou Ann Trozzo, Lori to whom he was married over 58 years; three children, Valarie Lori, Thomas (Laura) Lori, Sherie (Mike) Koontz Sr.; and two grandchildren, Michael Koontz Jr. and Justin Koontz.  He was preceded in death by his Brother Charles J. Lori. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 9-10 am at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183 followed by funeral services at 10:00 AM with the Rev. Michael Crookston officiating.  Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Condolences accepted at the funeral home’s website, www.parzynskifuneralhome.com.
