Charleroi Area School District’s Harvest Bounty Program organizers are preparing to host their third annual craft and vendor show.
Set for 10 a.m. March 23 at Charleroi Area Elementary Center, the fundraiser will help support a weekend food program that provides needy students with healthy food.
Offered through the “No Kid Hungry” initiative, the Harvest Bounty Program supplies food to more than 200 students in the district.
This year, the fundraiser will expand to include more than 50 vendors.
In addition to vendors of all varieties, the event will feature a concession stand, half-the-take drawing and basket auction.
The event will feature a kids’ corner, offering young shoppers coloring and other activities.
Co-chairwomen Dana Cannon and Becky Spiker said the event promises to be a fun event for the entire community.
