Three to stand trial in shooting

Three men have been ordered to stand trial in connection with a November shooting in Sutersville. 

Aaron DeVaugntae Brown, 26, of Jeannette; Curtis Thomas Everett, 26, of Glassport; and Chad William Wolfe, 32, who is listed in court documents as homeless; appeared Friday before Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner in Rostraver Township. 

Everett and Wolfe waived their rights to preliminary hearings on charges of criminal attempt – criminal homicide, aggravated assault, criminal attempt – burglary, burglary – overnight accommodation, criminal conspiracy engaging – robbery, robbery – inflict serious bodily injury and aggravated assault. Everett was additionally charged with firearms not to be carried without a license. 

Following a preliminary hearing, Brown was held for court on charges of criminal homicide, conspiracy to commit criminal homicide, aggravated assault, criminal attempt – burglary, burglary – overnight accommodation, criminal conspiracy engaging – robbery and robbery – inflict serious bodily injury.
