Shorraw gets message, but not mail

Monessen Councilman Anthony Orzechowski doubled down Friday on his stance against Mayor Matt Shorraw’s recent mail delivery requests.
Shorraw has again been at odds with council members in recent days, this time over alleged inaccessibility to city hall.
Late last year, Councilman Anthony Orze- chowski announced that the building’s access codes and locks were changed to prevent unauthorized entry after hours.
Shorraw, who has missed 26 consecutive council meetings, has claimed the changes were an attempt to bar him from the premises.
