Woman arrested on prostitution, drug charges

A Charleroi woman wanted for her alleged involvement in a violent home invasion in Penn Hills last month has been arrested.

Lauren E. Dumm, 30, of Crest Avenue was picked up last week in Monessen after allegedly agreeing to meet an undercover Monessen police officer for sex.

Monessen police said they received a tip that Dumm was wanted on a warrant in Penn Hills for her alleged role in a Jan. 20 home robbery.

Dumm reportedly held a knife to a man’s neck and stole his wallet, injuring him in the process. Police said Dumm had been posting ads on www.escortbabylon.net since December offering escort services using the alias “Miley.”
