‘Edges’ to debut at Cal U

“Edges” is the first show on the spring calendar for California University of Pennsylvania’s Department of Music and Theatre. 

Showtimes are 7 p.m. tonight and 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday in Steele Hall’s Blaney Theatre. 

“Edges,” from the award- winning composer-lyricist team of Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, is an examination of adulthood.  

“This is a song cycle where we see the cast portraying young adults struggling with decisions as they take journeys through the various songs,” director Dr. Michele Pagen said. “This really hits home for everyone in one way or another, and it has funny and touching moments.
