Linda Kroskie Fear – Belle Vernon
Linda Kroskie Fear, 67, of Belle Vernon, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019, in her home. A daughter of Walter “Wudge” Kroskie, who survives and resides in Arnold City, and the late Toni Ann Mazza Kroskie, she was born in North Charleroi on May 28, 1951. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, she had been an employee of the Dick’s Sporting Goods Warehouse in Smithton, retiring in 2017. She was a social member of the Belle Vernon American Legion and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Naomi Club. She loved crafts and interior decorating. In addition to her father, survivors include her husband, Rueben G. Fear; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Kevin Fear (Katharine Kellar) of Greensburg and Craig and Miry Fear of North Carolina; three sisters, Marsha Black of Charleroi, Kim Palfrey of Manassas, Va., and Toni Zanardelli of Orlando, Fla.; three brothers, Walt Kroskie of Monessen, Michael Kroskie of Warrenton, Va., and James Kroskie of Charleroi; and five grandchildren, Logan Fear, Alexander Fear, Joshua Fear, Ruby Fear and Christian Fear. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019, at FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY INC., 700 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-5300, www.FergusonFuneralHomeAndCrematory.com.
