Lola Tintori Martin – North Belle Vernon

Lola Tintori Martin, 93, of North Belle Vernon, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2019, at her home. Born Aug. 3, 1925, in Belle Vernon, she was the daughter of the late Carlo and Emma Vignoli Tintori. A resident of North Belle Vernon, Mrs. Martin was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and was a homemaker. Lola was a member of the Anita Garibaldi Society of Belle Vernon, played in various card clubs, enjoyed going to bingo, bowling, cooking and baking. She is survived by her son, Lance Martin of North Belle Vernon; daughter, Lolette Stanley of Ft. Worth, Fla.; granddaughter, Lisa Belcher; and two great-grandchildren, Kenneth Belcher and Natalie Belcher. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Martin; brother, Louis Tintori; and two sisters, Lea Koos and Leda Arrigoni. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-6183. Prayers of Transfer will be held 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home followed by a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at St. Sebastian R.C. Church with the Rev. Michael J. Crookston as celebrant. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Members of St. Sebastian parish will pray the rosary for the departed soul of Lola at 3 p.m. Friday and members of the Anita Garibaldi Society will conduct services at 7 p.m. all in the funeral home.
