BVA girls clinch playoff berth

After a dominating performance on the court, the Belle Vernon Area girls basketball team got some welcomed news from head coach Ronnie Drennen.

The Leopards are heading to the playoffs.

With its 59-17 win over the Cougars, and thanks to Elizabeth Forward’s win over West Mifflin, BVA will definitely be among the teams entered into the WPIAL playoff bracket.

But the Leopards aren’t just satisfied with that.
