N. Charleroi residents howl about dogs

Several residents in North Charleroi told council Monday that they’ve had enough of a neighbor and her dogs.

Residents addressed council during a business meeting to ask what can be done about the tenants and their pets on Center Avenue.

Maria Altemara said the family, who has been renting the home for several months, has three pit bulls that are constantly loose, loud and seem to be aggressive. 

Altemara said the dogs run through the neighborhood for hours each day.
