Louis A. Petrucci – California

Louis A. Petrucci, 89, of California, Pa., died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2019. He was born Nov. 8, 1929, in California, Pa., the son of the late Amedeo and Ann Turturice Petrucci. He was a member of St. Katharine Drexel Parish, formerly St. Thomas Aquinas, in California, Pa.  He proudly served in the Navy. Lou was also an avid fan of the local sports teams. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Prue Petrucci, on Dec. 3, 2016, and his sister, Marianna Dipietrantonio, on Oct. 2, 2002. Left to cherish his memory are his three children, Louann Gail Petrucci, Dale Petrucci and wife Lisa and Chris Petrucci and wife Deanne.  Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, Hollis McLachlan and husband Liam, Andrew A. Zemany, Gregory L. Duane, Paige Petrucci, Braden Petrucci, Kristen Petrucci, Madelyn Petrucci, Lacey Petrucci, Charlee Petrucci and Spencer Petrucci; and three great-grandchildren, Alaina, Parker and Betsy. Friends will be received at MARISCOTTI FUNERAL HOME INC., Anthony N. Mariscotti, supervisor, 323 Fourth St., California, Pa., from 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019.
