List of WIC-approved vendors released for area

Allegheny County Health Department has released the 2019 list of approved vendors that can accept Women Infants and Children’s vouchers.
The vouchers can be used at select branches of Community Market, Cash Market, Express Mini Mart, Giant Eagle, Kuhn’s, Las Palmas IGA, Murray Avenue Kosher, Pittsburgh Commissary, Save-A-Lot, Shop ’n Save, Shur Save IGA, Target and Walmart.
Allegheny County-based stores in the Mon Valley that accept WIC vouchers are:
• Giant Eagle stores on McKeesport Road in Elizabeth borough, on Oneil Boulevard in McKeesport, on Lincoln Way in White Oak and on Route 30 in North Versailles.
• Shop ’n Save stores located at Olympia Shopping Center in Versailles borough and on Fifth Avenue in McKeesport.
