Ramsey, Trojans upset Jeannette

California overcame a significant halftime deficit to upset Jeannette, 75-70, in Section 2-2A play Friday night.
The Trojans (7-3, 3-2) trailed 41-22 at halftime before outscoring the Jayhawks, 53-29, in the second half.
Malik Ramsey poured in a game-high 35 points for California while Cochise Ryan and Jaeden Zuzak added 15 and 11 points, respectively.
A.J. Sharp finished with 23 points and Zach Crutchman scored 22 to lead the way for Jeannette (8-5, 4-1). Marcus Barnes chipped in with 10.
The Trojans host Bentworth Tuesday.
