Relentless ’Hounds ground Eagles, 84-23

Entering Monessen’s gymnasium is never an easy task for any opponent set to take on the Greyhounds.
Head coach Dan Bosnic said he wants his team to continue forging their identity. They did just that against Avella Tuesday.
The Greyhounds forced 36 turnovers, dominated the offensive glass and rolled to an easy 84-23 win over the Eagles.
Monessen (5-4, 4-0) scored 26 points in both the first and second quarters to roll to a 52-13 lead at the half.
