Eileen M. Willey – Rostraver Township

Eileen M. Willey, of Rostraver Township, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2019, in her home. A daughter of the late George C. and Mary A. Simko Sitko, she was born in Glassport. She was a member of the Church of St. Anne of Rostraver Township, where she was on the counters team and the Christian Mothers of the Church, a member of the Valley Garden Club, a member and past president of the Rostraver Womens Club, served as an aide at the Rostraver Public Library and was a life member of W.P.S.A. Formerly of Glassport, she had resided in Rostraver Township since 1972. Survivors include a sister, Marsha Jenkins of Lorraine, Ohio; a brother and two sisters-in-law, Thomas and Jean Sitko of West Mifflin and Jane Benedetti of Murrysville; nieces and nephews, Michael Sitko, Debbie Sitko, Keith Jenkins, Alison Koehler, Dana Metzgar, Amy Faulkner and Wendy Krek; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John “Jack” Willey, on Dec. 17, 1993, and her son, Jonathan C. Willey, on Aug. 4, 2006. At Eileen’s request, there will be no public visitation, but family and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, 2019, at the Church of St. Anne, 1870 Rostraver Road, Rostraver Township, with the Rev. Vincent J. Gigliotti presiding. Everyone may then accompany her to Belle Vernon Cemetery where she will forever rest between her beloved Jack and Jonathan.
