A Monessen traffic stop led to the arrest of four Pittsburgh teenagers last weekend.

Taiwan Larue, 19, of Island Avenue and Jamaal Smith, 19, of Walcott Street were each charged with possession of marijuana following the Dec. 29 incident.

Additionally, two 16-year-old males were arrested on gun and marijuana charges for their role in the incident, according to an affidavit of probable cause.

Around 2:15 p.m., Monessen police Officer Brian Mickens pulled over a Kia Sportage after it was seen speeding in the 1700 block of Grand Boulevard, the affidavit states.
