Donora resident raises flooding concerns at sewage authority meeting

A man who lives two doors down from the frequently flooded Koontz family home in Donora told the Mon Valley Sewage Authority board Friday morning he’s concerned about the ongoing problems.
William Jurik, who said his home is at the lowest point on Gilmore Street, talked about issues he found in the engineering report produced after the flooding issues at the Koontz resident throughout 2018.
