Fugitives list includes man believed to be living in McKeesport

The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office has added an area man to the list of alleged fugitives deemed “high priority” by the county court’s family division.
Sheriff William Mullen is asking for the public’s assistance in finding 33-year-old Javone Champine.
