Probation violations send McKeesport convicted child abuser back to jail

A McKeesport woman accused of being a thief and a child abuser and another McKeesport woman wanted on drug charges out of Ohio are both behind bars.
The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday that deputies apprehended 28-year-old Breanne Jefferson, who has been wanted since Aug. 17 on two bench warrants for violating probation.
The first warrant stems from the probation Jefferson received related to multiple incidents in December 2013, when Jefferson allegedly ransacked homes in McKeesport and stole numerous electronics and jewelry from the houses, a sheriff’s office statement said.
