Blind student celebrates graduation from PSUGA

For one Penn State Greater Allegheny student who graduated Friday — and for his service dog — the road to commencement wasn’t an easy one.

But lifelong McKeesport resident Jerry Pastories, a 51-year-old blind man, says it was a journey worth making.
