Liberty taxes to remain steady

As long as nothing in Liberty borough’s proposed 2019 budget changes in the next 10 days, residents will not have to worry about a property tax increase.

Council unanimously voted at Wednesday’s meeting to introduce the tentative budget. The property tax rate is expected to be set at 8 mills.
