Man charged with sexual assault of mentally disabled woman

A 74-year-old Sewickley Township man has been ordered to stand trial for allegedly sexually assaulting a mentally disabled 24-year-old woman.

Wayne E. Smith appeared Monday before Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner in Rostraver Township. He waived his rights to preliminary hearings in two separate cases.
