Tigers’ new coach enjoys debut

Kevin Kovach admittedly felt butterflies while coaching his first varsity-level game Friday with the Mc-Keesport boys basketball team.

The feeling didn’t last long.

The Tigers got 29 points from forward Deamonte Diggs while forcing 21 turnovers in a 66-47 rout over Jeanette at the Hempfield Tournament.
