Taylor extortion trial postponed

A Mon Valley Sewage Authority Board member’s trial for allegedly defrauding a retired teacher in Lancaster County has been postponed until next year.

Yancey Taylor, 46, of Fifth Street is accused of using a Mafia hoax investment scheme to bilk a woman out of her life’s savings.
