Cardinale takes over GM role at authority

Charles Cardinale is settling into his new role as general manager for the Authority of the Borough of Charleroi, but he’s no stranger around the office.

Cardinale has been employed by the water company for 28 years, where he spent 10 years as the Water Treatment Plant manager and most recently served as assistant general manager under Ed Golanka, who retired Nov. 1 after 32 years with the authority.
