Police: Dog toy dispute turned violent

A North Charleroi couple have both been charged after an argument over a dog toy allegedly became physical on Monday.

Heather A. McGuire, 43, and John. J. Kossar, 48, both of Conrad Avenue, are each charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.
