1 dead in McKeesport shooting; suspect turns self in

A McKeesport man turned himself in Friday night, telling police he’d shot and killed a man that afternoon.
Eben Brown, 46, was charged with homicide and was lodged in Allegheny County Jail awaiting arraignment Friday night.
Allegheny County 911 dispatchers received reports of a shooting about 3:15 p.m. Friday at J and M Automotive services on Fifth Avenue in McKeesport, according to Allegheny County Police Lt. Andrew Schurman.
First responders arrived to find a 41-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, Schurman said. The victim is said to have been a co-owner of the business, but his name was not released as of presstime.
