Preliminary budget approved in Mon City

Monongahela city council voted to approve a preliminary 2019 budget in a special meeting Wednesday morning.

The draft version of the spending plan shows a $31,296 deficit, but solicitor Todd Pappasergi said council intends to balance the budget before its final passage in December.
