Editorial: Wolf is right: High tolls hurting state

When Gov. Wolf thinks someone is taking too much money from the public, that’s a good sign that things are out of control.

Wolf, who has proposed a series of tax hikes on Pennsylvania residents and natural gas producers since taking office four years ago, lashed out at the state’s Turnpike Commission this week. During an interview on KDKA Radio, the governor charged that repeated toll hikes are “driving business away” from Pennsylvania.
