Toprani challenging results

The race in the 49th Legislative District remains unsettled as one candidate claims errors were made by the Washington County Board of Elections.

Steve Toprani, D-Monongahela, faced incumbent state Rep. Bud Cook, R-West Pike Run Township, in the Nov. 6 election, which was too close to call for several weeks.
