Coach of the Year: Getsy had memorable first year at Charleroi

Entering the season, first-year Charleroi coach Lance Getsy knew the biggest challenge he faced was changing the culture of the Cougars’ football program.
Ten wins, a share of the conference title and a run to the WPIAL Class 2A semifinals later and the culture has cleary undergone change under Getsy’s tutelage.
