There may not have been a game all season that captured the spirit of the game of football more than Friday night’s Class 2A semifinal between Charleroi and South Side Beaver.

The ups, the downs, the adversity and overcoming it.

Unfortunately for the Cougars, their season came to an end with the 26-21 loss to the Rams.
