NBV gets tough on downspouts

North Belle Vernon is cracking down on rain downspouts that have frequently caused flooding for other residents and business owners.

With help from the street department, code enforcement officer Mark Gordon will be investigating and going door to door to check whether residents have disconnected their downspouts.
