Honor roll gets fixed up for Eagle Scout project

The Van Voorhis Honor Roll has received a much-needed facelift thanks to a Charleroi Area High School sophomore.

Chase Shuback, 16, of Fallowfield Township completed the makeover in June for his project after more than a year of work.
