Editorial: Schools pay tribute to area veterans

Of all the Mon Valley traditions to honor our area’s veterans, the most enjoyable are probably the appreciation days held at area schools.

Over the past two days, our reporters went to Charleroi Area High School and to Marion Elementary in the Belle Vernon Area School District to watch as students expressed their gratitude to area veterans.
