Police believe Charleroi woman died in hit and run

The death of a Charleroi woman who was found dead along Twilight Hollow Road in Twilight Borough early Saturday morning is being investigated as a hit and run.

Wanetta Scagline, 57, was pronounced dead at Monongahela Valley Hospital in Carroll Township at 3:31 a.m., according to a report released by Washington County Coroner Tim Warco.
