Gambling Trojans fall to Clairton

California coach Darren Dillow knew what it would take to knock off second-seeded Clairton in the first round of Class A WPIAL playoffs. Unfortunately for Dillow and the Trojans, the execution was not there.
The Bears took advantage of a couple of Cal turnovers, including Austin Grillo’s first interception of the year, which was returned for a touchdown in the fourth quarter of a 27-17 Clairton victory.
