Buck resigns from Charleroi council

A part-time street worker will continue to work for Charleroi, but councilwoman Debbie Buck apparently won’t.

After receiving word last month that he was going to be laid off — something one councilman claimed was mishandled — Alec DiPiazza learned at Thursday’s agenda meeting that he will keep his job.
