DEC debuts horror series – just in time for Halloween

Tegan Moritz, a recent graduate of Douglas Education Center in Monessen, worked on special effects and acted in “Flicker,” an upcoming horror web series.

Her character gets tied up and terrorized on screen, but she said she had a blast.
