Hounds rally, but can’t catch Rochester

Monessen nearly came back from a 14-0 third quarter deficit but couldn’t overcome mistakes in a 22-14 loss to Rochester in nonconference play Friday night at Memorial Stadium.
The Greyhounds (6-2) threw two interceptions in the second half, one of which translated to eight points for the Rams. They made other mental mistakes that head coach Mikey Blainefield was concerned with.
