Jack-o’-lanterns to glow in downtown Monongahela

Main Street in Monongahela will soon be decorated with carved pumpkins that will glow during the city’s Halloween parade Oct. 24.

For the third year in a row, the Monongahela Main Street Program will create the “Avenue of the Hanging Jack-O’-Lanterns.”
