Area man charged with using late uncle’s credit card

A Daisytown man is behind bars after he allegedly stole the identity of an uncle who died in August.
Jason M. Quail, 43, of Evergreen Road, is charged with theft by unlawful taking, 13 counts of identity theft and 13 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. Charges were filed against Quail by RESA regional police last week.
