DiPiazza blasts ex-council colleagues

After resigning from Charleroi Borough Council last month with a simple letter stating “I quit,” Randy DiPiazza had a few things to say to his colleagues Thursday before his replacment was sworn in.

DiPiazza’s pointed comments came after council chose former Mayor Nancy Ellis to fill the remainder of his term.
