HIV/AIDS Awareness Walk Saturday

The only Pennsylvania-based annual walk to highlight the dangers, effects, treatment and preventative measures of HIV and AIDS will take to the streets of McKeesport this weekend.

The 18th annual Mon Valley HIV/AIDS Awareness Walk will be held Saturday morning at Bethlehem Baptist Church. It aims to raise awareness of the impact of HIV and AIDS on Allegheny County and its residents, but also highlights area efforts aimed at combating the disease and its stigmas.
