McKeesport mayor planning Salute to Santa parade

McKeesport Mayor Michael Cherepko is quite aware that Santa Claus starts putting his elves to work making toys and Christmas presents early in the year.

Cherepko also knows that Santa is already busy making his naughty and nice list, and will most likely check it more than twice before Christmas Eve arrives.
