Cal U plans week of events to celebrate homecoming

California University of Pennsylvania’s Homecoming celebration will be transformed into a regional festival this year.

Thanks to a partnership between the university and the Washington County Tourism Promotion Agency, Vulcan Fest will showcase not only the Cal U campus but also the assets of the organization during the weekend festivities beginning Oct. 12.
